I forgot my password

Use Forgot password. If no email arrives, ask staff on Discord.

The launcher says my files are wrong

Run the launcher again and let it repair. If that fails, download the launcher again from the Download page.

Is the server online?

See the status page. It shows each game server, how many players are on, and its uptime.

How many accounts or clients can I run?

Limits per computer and per IP are listed under Server info on the home page.

Can I buy silk or items on the website?

Not at the moment. The silk store and the web market are closed. Announcements will say when anything changes.

I found a bug or someone is cheating

Tell staff on Discord with a screenshot or video. Do not abuse bugs: see the rules.
